*If you get stuck by the train stopping in the road on Elm Hill Pike coming from Nashville to the gym turn around and head west for 0.8 miles and make a right onto Fesslers Ln then in 0.7 miles turn right onto Lebanon Pk, stay on Lebanon Pike for 1.2 miles then turn right onto Spencers Ln where you will stay for 0.7 miles then left onto Elm Hill Pk and we will be the third building on the left.

The gym is incredibly welcoming! I mostly participate in the fitness classes and always get a good sweat. Our morning coach, Austin Tucker, is fantastic. He pushes you and is also fun. It's a great community.

Austin is such a good dude!! If you’re in Nashville and you’re looking for a CrossFit style workout that is constantly changing and challenging you then give his classes a shot! He is extremely helpful to those just starting out while also keeping it fun for the more experienced people. Also check out his intro to MMA and boxing classes as well. Solid group!!
